Radius 360 was established in 1998 by a group of people who already had, collectively, many years’ experience in learning and development. We had all arrived in the training world from senior levels and from a variety of business sectors. Using this experience - and a hard earned set of facilitation skills - we’ve gone on to coach and train the widest range of people in the workplace, from new recruits to chief executives. A question we are often asked by people unfamiliar with our style is ‘What’s different about your training?’ There are two very important answers to this question.
Firstly, we employ a carefully balanced blend of presentation skills, coaching techniques and discovery learning in order to create a complete and engaging experience. Secondly and distinctly, we will not engage in the use of hyped-up management speak, a language that has been contrived to make things seem more substantial than they really are, and diverts attention away from what really matters.
We aim always to be honest, professional, encouraging and always help you be the best you can be. We aim never to be negative or avoid a responsibility and never to indulge in jargon.
