February has seen a number of work anniversaries across AJ Chambers, with members of our Tax, London & Home Counties divisions all celebrating another successful year as a part of the Chambers team.

James Young, Senior Consultant for the Home Counties division, passed the 2-year mark, with the last 12 months being a very exciting time for him in our business. Not only has he continued the development of the AJ Chambers presence in the Kent market, but also helped the team continue to push the brand on a national scale that work and effort has paid off with him being promoted to Senior Consultant, with his Director Jason Reynolds having the following to say of his contributions to the team – “James has come a long way in his time with AJ Chambers, and recently stepped up into a Senior Consultant role. He is a big part of the team, both in terms of his dedication to his work, and the social side, where he is our football goalkeeper, go kart champion, and golf captain.”

Also celebrating 2 years in the business was Adam Munro, Manager of our London specialist team. The last 12 months has seen Adam take on a new and exciting role in the division as a Manager, striving to carry the team forward to even greater success than they’ve had in the past, and Director of London & Tax, Matthew Lawford, said the following – “Since joining us just over 2 years ago Adam has impressed us not only with his ability to be highly commercial but also with his willingness to take on new challenges as his grows into his Manager role”

We also had a third 2-year anniversary to celebrate, as our Senior Researcher Leon Maulguet also marked that milestone. Leon’s role has also developed immensely since his last anniversary, seeing him expand and develop his position as a vital part of not only the Tax division, but also the London team as the 2 came together to continue their growth and success. Matthew Lawford said the following – “Leon started on the apprenticeship scheme and has constantly impressed all of us with his dedication and diligence. He is now an integral part of the Tax and London teams continuing to support the Consultants as he keeps developing in his vital role as a Senior Researcher.”

Further to these 3 celebrating 2 successful years with the firm, we had 2 colleagues celebrating what will surely be the first of many anniversaries too.  Jodi King, Senior Consultant of the Tax division, saw out his first year with the business to great success, with Matthew saying the following about his first 12 month – “Jodi had an amazing start to his 360 recruiting career taking an underdeveloped regional area and instantly making it a success. He continues to impress, and we expect big things for him as he starts to build out the Southern regions.”

Finally, Harry Ellis in our Home Counties team had twice the reason to celebrate, with February not only seeing his 1st anniversary with the firm, but also the successful completion of his apprenticeship. Harry recently started the transition from Candidate Researcher into a Junior Recruitment Consultant role, with Jason Reynolds saying this about how Harry’s developed over the year – “Harry has successfully completed his apprenticeship in his first year with us here and has really shown the attributes needed to forge a long and successful career with the company. He has already developed key relationships, and we are excited to see what the future holds for him.”

Congratulation again to all 5 of you and thank you for all the hard work and effort that you each put not your roles. Here’s looking forward to many more years together to come!
